amtryke recipients people weve helped

David Williams served in the Army Corps of Engineers from 1984-1995, and suffered injuries while on duty that have left him with severe back pain.

He has been receiving therapy from the VA, and his therapist recommended that he get an Amtryke to improve his mobility, increase his exercise tolerance, and to decrease falls. He should also be able to decrease his pain with the riding, and improve his stamina.

David, along with his wife Diane, attended one of our regular Monday luncheons at the McKenzie/Merkett Alumni Center on the Tech Campus to receive his new Amtryke.
