amtryke recipients people weve helpedThe Lubbock Monterey AMBUCS was proud to present an Amtryke to Brailee, a remarkable young lady whose strength and determination inspired us all. Brailee has faced incredible challenges after an autoimmune disease caused vision loss in one eye, limited movement in her left leg, and reduced strength in her left hand. One of the things she missed most was being able to ride her bike and enjoy the outdoors she loves so much.
Her new Amtryke will provide the stability and support she needs to ride safely, giving her greater independence and the opportunity to get back to doing what she loves: exploring outside, enjoying fresh air, and simply being a teenager.
